These
designs are used to promote the proposal to build a community
media and information technology center -- The Troy Community
Teleport -- in the city of Troy, NY. Initiated by RPI Arts
Professor Branda Miller, the center would be accessible
to the public, would serve as a the headend to broadcast
PEG cable access channels, and would be connected to an
Institutional Network (portrayed by the poster).
